Into the Teeth of a Snow Squall

Grainer 8507 W. heads out on the Old Main this afternoon in the Queen City.
A gorgeous but very windy day as evidenced by the wind sock.
Crossing Roberts Street, in a few minutes it will be snowing with the Sun still shining.

EB Ocean Stacks had been waiting at West Helena for the Grainer to clear, in the meantime the snow has stopped.

Just another turbulent Winter day on the east side of the Continental Divide.

Trading places, the stacker on the Old Main.

According the the National Weather Service (link) the wind was gusting up to 35mph when these photos were taken at about 2pm.
