Trans Europe Express

A very stylish film on the TEE.

When I was younger, the TEE was the height of passenger train modernity. When you consider that the multi-nation rail network was established just 12 years after the end of WWII, the TEE was symbolic of Europe's recovery. These trains were extra fare and first class only. EuroCity trains now provide international passenger service, and have both first and second class accommodations.
