The source for most of the chips for Georgia Pacific in Toledo, was the Siskiyou Line. Here we see a classic six-motor set with SD45T-2 9212 on the point with an L-shaped window. The old REA building on the right was then the headquarters of the Evergreen Freight Car Corporation. If I remember correctly these chip drags originated in Roseburg. See this link for some interesting information on why the L-shaped windows disappeared.
