What railfan would have ever imagined that Santa Fe would resurrect the Warbonnet scheme, and paint a substantial amount of it's diesel fleet, in what is probably the most famous of railroad images? Seen at Stein's Curve, is a Barstow-San Diego train (the old SDX symbol,) with three freshly repainted FP45s, and a slew of other power, some in the stillborn SPSF scheme.
From time to time, railroads actually do something right!
