Train arrived at Helena West with a 4 unit Mullan helper on the point which they quickly switched out and the train was on its way east. Knew I would have to head up to Louisville to catch it. Seen here at the east end of Louisville siding.
Searchlights still thankfully protect Louisville.
Believe these are 155mm howitzers.
Crews apparently get to name their charges.
Awesome train. Would love to have that running on my Mullan Pass layout!
