When Hot Tuna broke up circa 1977, Jorma toured with his band Vital Parts, but also played solo. Notable for guitar freaks, Jorma was playing an Ovation and was temporarily addicted to using a phase pedal. Oh, and BTW, Jorma had also died his hair orange.
