My Scott Miller Obsession

Scott Miller of Game Theory and Loud Family committed suicide in 2013 at the age of 53. This fact of his demise was not widely revealed until recently. There is now a biography (Amazon,) which I have yet to read, and there is an extensive Wikipedia entry on Scott. The question of course, is why a man with a wife and two young daughters, and a successful IT career in addition to his music, would take his own life. One hint may be the Loud Family song "Deee Pression" on Days for Days, or the marvelous "Slit My Wrists" on Plants and Birds and Rocks and Things. In any case, depression is a bitch. Ever since learning of the suicide I have been on a constant Scott groove.
