'Permission to Pass the Signal Displaying Stop and Proceed Main to Main at Tobin'

A WB petroleum coke train out of Billings gets the word to line out main to main at Tobin after meeting a light helper. This traffic usually moves on MRL trains, and this is the first time I have seen a BNSF move.

First time I have ever seen a a rear manned helper in back of a DPU.


No delay in getting the light for the ML.
