Atmospheric










There are really only two seasons in Montana, nine months of Winter, and three months of Summer, with some violent transitional weather in between. Last week there was a day with sun, rain, snow, and sleet. The upper atmosphere is the real show, with lenticular clouds forming over the mountain tops. The Big Belt Mountains to the East of Helena, act as a backstop for storms, as can be seen in the photos above.
