Thanks to the marvelous Wtdlive42 channel on YouTube, I "discovered" this film set in Macedonia (then still part of Yugoslavia) on one of their narrow gauge railways. I then ran across this marvelous site on Yugoslavian narrow gauge where I found the map of the Ohrid line below:
