Perkins Palace Show - Early Eighties

I saw The Penetrators from San Diego, and the quintessential LA new wave band Missing Persons at Perkins Palace in Pasadena, probably 1981. The auditorium was fetid with clove cigarette smoke. Terry Bozzio was pounding his ultra drum kit, and Dale Bozzio was uber sexual. The Penetrators opened with a post punk danger pose and had everyone pretty riled.
Never would have been a Gewn Stefani, if it hadn't of been for Dale.
