Old Baldy - Mt. San Antonio - 10,068 Ft.

SP 9254 W. at Spadra, California in 1980. The SD45T-2 still has its original "L" shaped windshield.

Mt. Baldy is the highest peak in the San Gabriels and the only one above 10,000 feet. It actually played a role in the Michelson-Morley experiments to measure the speed of light (wiki link.) With a good snowcap, a stiff Santa Ana Wind, and a full Moon, the peak eerily glows at night.
