SP's Baldwin S-12s varied greatly in appearance. Its quite possible that each unit was unique is some way. Placement of horns, and number boards varied greatly. S12 2120 was unique as far as I know for having the curious triangular fold in the access door under the stack. Thinking that there may have been some added appliance that required Eugene to do a little custom fabrication.
