Beware of Glare

Three elephantine GP60Ms take an eastbound intermodal out of Needles, California on their way to cross into Arizona at Toppock. Pretty hard for a photographer to predict the angle of glare off these units, with just enough of an upward angle on the windshields. But after all, this is the desert! The Dead Mountains are in the background. The other (west) side of this range forms the backdrop behind Ibis. Despite rumors to the contrary, Jerry Garcia was not raised by wolves in a cave in these mountains.
