I was puzzled over the Yellow over Luna...Hi Chris,<br /><br />I was puzzled over the Yellow over Lunar myself. I don't have an MRL rulebook and don't know if they are the same as on the BNSF. When the coal train departed, they had to be talked through the signal displaying stop by the dispatcher. This down here would indicate approach medium on the first signal clear medium on the second signal.
